Adventures

  • Las Vegas, Nevada

The Grand Canyon, the strip, the casinos, the humidity, it was Vegas. Rented a pickup truck (my bucket list) and we drove, sweated, enjoyed life.

  • The rocky mountains, Colorado

One of the first places we visited was during COVID. The whole experience, the views, the alone time with my husband, being outdoors with nature, it was magical. The rocky mountains are breathtakingly gorgeous.

  • Jackson, Wyoming

Jackson had such a cute little town - something a non American would imagine. I rode a horse for the first time, i swam in a hot spring and ate elk (sorry).

  • Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

We stopped at this place when we were in Jackson Hole, the views of this place...WOW

  • Acadia, Maine

This is a beautiful park to visit and it is basically on our doorstep. Lots of walking, paddle boarding, photo taking and oh yeah, I was pregnant.

  • Miami, Florida

The world had changed, people were avoiding each other, we were not allowed to leave America, England was in lockdown, but Miami didn’t change a bit. It was like going back in time where people enjoyed life and socialising.

  • Boston, Massachusetts

Where we now call home. The sweltering summer, the piercing skin, nose bleeds FREEZING winter, the city, the everyday life.

  • New Hampshire

I’m not sure exactly where in New Hampshire I have visited, but I’ve been there. Hi neighbour.

  • Burlington, Vermont

If I could live anywhere else in the States it would be Vermont. The lakes, the greenery, the towns, the vineyard, all beautiful.

  • New York, New York

Visited here a couple of times now, its big, its bold, its busy, its New York. I’ll keep on going though.

  • Yellowstone, Wyoming

We saw so many Elk and we smelt of egg most of the time, who knew Yellowstone smelt of egg! Yellowstone is a whole other world, and only if it was possible to relax in the springs without dying eh!
